Digital Downloads

All purchases on rainerwillekemusic.com are for digital download products — specifically high-quality audio files (WAV and MP3 formats) delivered electronically upon payment confirmation.

Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" in any meaningful sense, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on completed purchases except in the circumstances described below.


When We Will Issue A Refund

We are committed to making sure you receive what you paid for. A full refund will be issued in the following situations:

  • Failed or incomplete delivery — you were charged but did not receive a download link or your download link is broken and cannot be resolved.
  • Duplicate charge — you were charged more than once for the same item due to a technical error.
  • Corrupted file — the downloaded file is unplayable or significantly damaged, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

To request a refund under any of the above circumstances, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.


What We Cannot Refund

  • Purchases where the download was successfully delivered and accessed.
  • Dissatisfaction with the musical content, style, or quality — we encourage you to preview tracks via the audio player on our Music page before purchasing.
  • Purchases made with an incorrect email address where the buyer cannot recover access — please double-check your email at checkout.

Order Issues

  • If you experience any problem with your order — including difficulty accessing your downloads through your My Account page — please get in touch and we will do everything we can to make it right.
